# Reporting a broken link or article

# Reporting a broken link or article

## In brief

If a Helpdesk link returns an error, opens the wrong language, or leads to unavailable content, you can report it directly in the Helpdesk chat. No personal data is needed to check a public link.

## How to report it

1. Open the chat in the Helpdesk you are viewing.
2. Provide the title of the article containing the link.
3. Describe what happens, for example: page not found, wrong language, unexpected redirect, or unavailable content.
4. If the link is public, paste the complete URL.
5. If the URL comes from an authenticated area or contains tokens, codes, account references, or personal parameters, do not paste it. Provide only the page title and type of error.

Do not send passwords, OTPs, identity documents, bank details, account screenshots, or other personal information. You do not need to open multiple reports for the same link; add any further details to the conversation already started.

## What happens next

The report allows the content team to check the destination, language, redirect, and page availability. Chat does not guarantee that a link will be restored or provide a correction date.

If the problem instead concerns access to your account, a payment, a withdrawal, or a personal transaction, describe the issue in chat without sharing secrets or complete details; a separate review may be required.
