# Pourquoi le projet dans lequel j’ai investi est-il encore « en attente de clôture » ?

Un projet est considéré comme terminé lorsqu’il atteint le montant maximal demandé ou lorsque la période de collecte arrive à échéance.

Lorsqu’un projet est clôturé, il reste en attente de clôture jusqu’à ce que l’entreprise ait signé le contrat de financement.
À ce moment-là, les fonds sont versés à l’entreprise et l’investissement devient « actif ».
