Deposit by bank transfer

To make a deposit via bank transfer, once you have logged in, click on "Deposit".

On the screen you will find all the necessary information, such as the beneficiary name, the IBAN and, if required, the BIC (usually online banking finds it automatically, without the need to enter it manually).

• Each user has their own personal IBAN.
• Make sure you check the account holder/name before depositing. Depending on when the wallet was created, it may be in your name or in the name of "MGP EVENFI FINTECH SA".
• There are no fees on our part for the deposit.
• Timing: you can use the instant transfer, which usually arrives in less than a minute, or the traditional one, which may take 24/48 hours.
• Purpose/reference: no special code is required. You can use whichever description is most convenient for you to identify the transaction in your current account.
• If the transfer is not credited to your account balance after 2 working days, please contact customer service for further checks.
