Depositing by bank transfer

Before sending the transfer

1. Open the deposit page in your account.
2. Copy the IBAN, payee, and other details shown exactly.
3. Check the details in your online banking before confirming.
4. If the payee check shows an unexpected result, do not proceed until the details have been verified.

The payee may be shown as MGP EVENFI FINTECH SA. Always use the text displayed in your authenticated session rather than details saved from an earlier transfer.

Credit timing

Timing depends on the transfer type, sending bank, processing cut-off times, non-working days, and applicable checks. A transfer described as instant by the bank does not guarantee that the balance will be immediately available in the account; a universal 24- or 48-hour promise is not appropriate for standard transfers.

First check the status with the sending bank, then check the balance or history in your account. If the bank shows the transfer as executed but the credit does not appear, request a review from your authenticated session without posting a full IBAN, bank details, or an unredacted payment receipt in chat. Do not send a second transfer merely because the first is not yet visible.
