Bank transfer times

Transfers, once ordered via home banking or over the counter, must be processed by the bank before they are actually credited to the recipient's bank account.
Each bank has a time limit for processing transfers: this is the so-called cut-off time.
Thus:
If the transfer is initiated within the cut-off time, then you will receive it on the next working day. For example, if the credit transfer is arranged on Monday before the cut-off time, it will be processed on that day and will therefore be credited on Tuesday.
If the transfer is arranged after the cut-off time, then the transfer will be processed the next day and the crediting to the recipient's bank account will be delayed by 1 day. For example, if the transfer is arranged on Monday after the cut-off time, it will be processed on Tuesday and consequently credited on Wednesday.
