What happens if a project does not reach the minimum target?

Each project is conditional on reaching a minimum goal. If the minimum goal is not reached, the invested amount of money is returned to your account balance.
At this point you can decide between the following options:

Invest on another project "in collection";
Withdraw to your own account;
Keep the cash on your account and wait for a project to open (if there are no projects "in collection").
