Activating your EvenFi account after the October migration

Every October user receives an email with a personalised activation link for their migrated EvenFi account. The link opens the activation page with the account email already filled in.

Before you start

Use the same email address you used on the October website. EvenFi uses that email to connect you with the correct portfolio, loans, balance and repayment history.

Do not register again with a different address. If the activation page shows an unexpected email address, do not continue: contact support so the account can be checked.

Activate with a password

1. Open the personalised activation link in the email.
2. Check that the pre-filled email address is the one used on October.
3. Read and accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
4. Select Continue to set password.
5. Choose your password and complete the activation.

Activate with Google or Apple

If the email used on October belongs to your Google or Apple account, you can skip creating a new password:

1. Open the personalised activation link.
2. Check the pre-filled email address.
3. Accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
4. Select Continue with Google or Continue with Apple.
5. Choose the Google or Apple identity that uses the same email address as the October account.

If Google or Apple would use a different address—including an Apple private relay address—use the password option or contact support instead. A different address may create a separate account that is not connected to the migrated portfolio.

After activation, you can change your email, add a password or configure a passkey from your account settings, subject to the verification steps shown there.

After activation

Your migrated loans, balance and repayment history should already be available. You can withdraw available balance to your bank account free of charge. EvenFi may ask you to confirm specific information when required by European crowdfunding rules; valid and complete documents normally do not need to be submitted again.

Security

• Activate only through the personalised email and the official domain october.evenfi.com.
• EvenFi will never ask for your password or complete bank details by email.
• Never share an activation link, password or one-time security code.
• If anything in the email or activation page looks wrong, stop and contact support before entering information.
