Verify your profile
A "profile check" is mandatory in order to use the platform. Once you have logged in for the first time, follow these steps: Phone verification: you will have to enter the area code (+39 for Italy) and your mobile number; then click on "send verification code". You will receive a code via sms on your mobile phone which you have to enter on the EvenFi website. You will then have to fill in the fields 'profile', 'address' and 'identity'. Modify Profile data
Profile data cannot be changed by the user. To edit them, please follow the steps below: Log in Open the chat on the bottom right Write your request to customer service In a maximum of 48 hours the data will be changed as requested.
Set 2FA for withdrawal of funds
2FA, or two-factor authentication, allows you to increase the security of your EvenFi account. For each withdrawal of money from your EvenFi balance to your bank account, you will be asked for a disposable code, called an OTP, generated by an app on your smartphone, such as Google Authenticator or Authy. The OTP code will only be required for transactions on the platform, so it's essential that you never disclose it to anyone for any reason. The staff will never ask you for this code; if someon
